HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

Select desired service, provide a $50 deposit fee (will be taken from total service), and confirm session. I will reach out to you to receive further information. I like to arrive promptly to ensure I have enough time to set up. I provide everything necessary for my Massage services.

WHAT IS TRIGGER POINT THERAPY?

Trigger points- an injury to the sarcoplasmic reticulum (membrane bound structure within the muscle cell). It triggers multiple contractions or micro- cramps can lead to poor circulation in that area due to blood vessels being compressed preventing oxygen supply to that area and not allowing it to heal properly. These "knots" can cause deep aching but with palpitations, cross fiber, and longitudinal release, blood flow may be restored, allowing mobility to that area.
