My name is Hanna Matsumoto
-I graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA in 2020.
-Born and raised in Los Angeles County. Grew up active and avid in tennis. Moved to the Bay Area in 2019-2021. During those years, I attended SF State and graduated with a B.S. in Health Education, double minor in Holistic Health and Women's Health.
-Beginning my career, I found myself in a spa-like facility offering clients Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Massage Therapy. After gaining experience in this setting, I found that I enjoyed seeing the progression of my client's chronic pain and wanted to provide more services in therapeutic care. It brings me a great sense of joy and purpose when I see people become more in touch with their body.
-My specialty is treating chronic muscle pain/tension at the source.
-My strong points are the neck, jaw (TMJ) pain, shoulders, hips, and lower back.
-In July 2026, I will begin Doula Training, and it may affect my schedule, my sincere apologies.
